Dr. Randy Silverman
Clinical Psychologist
With more than 30 years of experience in rehabilitation psychology, Dr. Randy Silverman provides psychological assessments and treatment planning for individuals recovering from injury, illness, disability, and psychological impairment. His approach combines empathy, precision, and practical guidance to help clients move toward healing and restored well-being.
Dr. Silverman has been a Registered Psychologist since 1995 (Registration #: 2861) and is a member of the Ontario Psychological Association and the Canadian Academy of Psychologists in Disability Assessment (CAPDA), where he served on the Board of Directors for 7 years. His areas of practice include Clinical, Counselling, Rehabilitation, Health Psychology with adolescents and adults. He has also supervised college candidates at the Master’s and Doctoral level and provides Independent Psychological and Medico-Legal Assessments to third-party insurers and medical and legal practices. He has also been qualified to testify as an expert witness by the Superior Court of Ontario and by the Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO).

Dr. Shirin Jazayeri

Dr. Shirin Jazayeri is an autonomous psychologist and registered psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience in individual, couples, family, and group therapy. She holds a Ph.D. in Health Psychology and a Master’s in Clinical Psychology, and she has extensive training in evidence-based modalities including CBT, MBCT, and short-term psychodynamic therapy. Dr. Jazayeri specializes in trauma, mood and anxiety disorders, chronic pain, and stress-related conditions.
Since 2018, she has conducted independent Medical Examinations (IMEs) for clients involved in motor vehicle accidents (MVA) and workplace injuries (WSIB), offering expert psychological assessments and detailed medico-legal reports.
Dr. Jazayeri works with diverse adult populations and is fluent in English, Persian, Farsi, Dari, and Tajik. She is committed to a compassionate, culturally informed approach and also supervises graduate students and registered psychotherapists in clinical training.
Dr. Jazayeri is a member of the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO), College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), the Ontario Psychological Association (OPA), and of the Canadian Academy of Psychologists in Disability Assessment (CAPDA).

Bahareh Hajiaghaei
Master of Psychology (M.Psy), Registered Psychotherapist
Bahareh Hajiaghaei is a Member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (License #: 10411). She completed a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology at the Adler School of Professional Psychology and attained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Health Management Degree at York University.
Over the past 5 years, Ms. Hajiaghaei has been providing psychotherapeutic services to adults suffering from depression, anxiety, adjustment and trauma-related disorders, and other psychological difficulties.
Ms. Hajiaghaei utilizes an eclectic therapeutic approach incorporating Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions. She is currently in the process of registering with the College of Psychologists of Ontario, under the direct supervision of Dr. Randy Silverman. She also has experience in the assessment and treatment of motor vehicle accident victims.

Tegan Chan
Master of Psychology (M.Psy)
Tegan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Studies from Ryerson University and a Master’s Degree in Clinical and Counselling Psychology from Adler Graduate Professional School.
Her clinical background includes serving as a Behaviour Therapist at WM+A Alphabee, where she delivered one-on-one Intensive Behaviour Intervention (IBI) and Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents.
With extensive experience as a Psychometrist, Tegan has conducted a broad range of assessments, including cognitive, academic, psychoeducational, and motor vehicle accident evaluations.
She brings strong expertise in client interviewing, psychological test administration, and clear, respectful communication.
Tegan is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Taylor McKissock
Psychological Assessment Assistant & Marketing Coordinator
Taylor brings a rare combination of marketing expertise and genuine passion for psychology. In her dual role within our practice, she serves as a Psychological Assessment Assistant, working closely alongside Dr. Silverman to ensure that each evaluation unfolds smoothly, efficiently, and with attentive care to the client’s needs. This hands-on clinical experience gives her a first-hand understanding of the practice’s evidence-based approach.
As a Marketing Coordinator, Taylor also oversees social media, educational content, and community outreach initiatives. She attended York University in Toronto and is actively preparing for future graduate-level training in psychology.
In every interaction, Taylor brings professionalism, compassion, and integrity to our practice.
